That color is gorgeous, mind sharing the malt bill?

On this one, the base malt was 60/40 Avangard Munich 2/Swaen Lager malt and then 3 ounces of Carafa Special III.  The clarity helps... otherwise it would look pretty muddy.  Cheers.

I used a base of Pale + Munich plus a little C60 and Victory, NB hops and you nailed it.

cool. apparently northern brewer is the most popular by-the-lb hop sold at the online store i use. im interested in giving it a shot again, havent in years.

BB, that looks great.  I love Northern Brewer and I truly love West Coast Lagers/Steam Beers/Cali Common but I don't make them that often.  Did you use the steam yeast 2112 or WL 810?  I feel like the Northern Brewer + that yeast really makes the style.  Beautiful beer and that yeast drops like a rock too.
