I believe the key is the bio transformation that occurs with certain yeasts when dry hopped during active fermentation. Honestly, I haven’t studied it deeply, it’s just a style I wanted to try and I found a good recipe to try out.

I am a huge wainscoting fan. Love the wainscoting!
Is there in the wainscoting?
No, and I'm not hosting the third test against the West Indies, either ;D

Well played
Not going to lie. I had vague recollections that this was related to Python, but I definitely had to Google for more details.

First time in 13 years of homebrewing that I’ve had 3 lagers on tap in my 3 tap setup. German style pils, German style Rauchbier, German style pils.
Plus in the keg I have

This is my Sabro Cryo-hopped Pale Ale. I brewed a small batch and bottled it to see if i liked the hops. This is the last bottle (a little aggressively poured). I’ll definitely use these hops again.

Great looking beer.
I am not familiar with Sabro but a quick search indicates a flavor profile I would enjoy, although when I see something a little off the wall like coconut I tend to take it with a grain of salt. What did you like about them? Was it a single hop brew?
I recently used cryo hops for the first time and was happy with the results. I used them in my Julius inspired NEIPA and appreciated the reduced hop material as well as a pure hop flavor.

It was a single hop small batch test brew to see what the hops were like. I didn’t get any coconut. Just the typical new style tropical fruit profile but not over the top. I enjoyed it ...though it didn’t get as clear as I like because I rushed it.

Sounds good, I will have to keep it in mind. The “not over the top” part is appealing.

A simple bohemian style pilsner. I am almost done using up some ingredients from before a hiatus. The malt tastes very fresh but the hops that have been in the freezer for about the same three years as the malt has been in the cellar seem not bad but I wish they had  bit more character.
Overall though its a pretty nice beer. It has that European lager malt flavor that I just love and is very refreshing.

I would love to see your recipes. I was pretty conflicted during my design.

Did you use any Munich in there? Looks a little deeper gold than straight up Pilsner malt.

Wee Heavy using a 12 year old recipe. Delicious and dangerous!
