Concentration in PPM= Volume of solution divided by total volume multiplied by a million (aka 10 to the 6th power so just move the decimal to the right 6 places).
 
5 gal = ~18927 ml and to that he added 30 ml clarifier.

So, (30/18927) = .00158504 * 1,000,000 = 1585 ppm

Thanks for that.  I snipped that and saved it for when I need it.

I actually looked up Landbier before I wrote my other snarky post. I think that is a cool concept. Am I correct in assuming this is your Landbier and that it will take a regular place in the rotation?

Of course maybe a homebrewer’s Landbier is not exactly the same every batch but has the same size and shape but varies as he/she experiments with ingredients.
