I think the only beer I have made with those peaches was a a saison with Brett a few years ago. I made a saison then added a lot of peaches and Brett to a secondary. It was tasty. I have made peach mead quite a few times. Peaches are hard to get the flavor to come through but adding a real lot of very ripe fruit does the trick.

American Lager.  All of the ingredients are American except the yeast (2124).  Briess Full Pint Pilsner, Briess Bonlander Munich, flaked corn and Edelweiss hops.  The clarity is better than the picture looks... it's schputzy here today.  :P
