Yes, it's sitting on a Genesis and just to the left of it is a new(ish) Big Green Egg.  There is some animosity between the two of them but I figure I would place them close together and let them hug it out.    Cheers.

A mutt of a beer. Collab between my bro in law and I that involves each of our own personal favorites to brew; a kolsch and a “rye brown”. Basically a light bodied amber ale with the slightest touch of rye and roast.

74% Pilsner
12% Vienna
12% flaked rye
2% chocolate rye

Magnum/hm bittering
14g hm 20 min
28g amarillo 2 min

1.051
23 IBU
Kolsch yeast

OMG, been there!  I like it when people come over and say "what do you have?!"... well, I have a German kolsch with Spalt hops that has been married to an ESB with Kent Goldings hops and it's all tied together with American Ale yeast!  You can hear the crickets from here!

I’ve been trying kviek strains this summer and haven’t been impressed until now, Lutra. This is a 4.25% abv 97% Pilsner malt & 3% acid malt with all helge hops to 20 ibus fermented at 69f. It’s so clean and beautiful! Currently brewing an APA with it.
