Raspberry Belgian Sour! One of my favorite recipes -- I've brewed it at least once annually for the past four years. (details here: https://andybrews.com/2021/09/05/raspberry-belgian-2021/). It's a modified version of Funkwerks' Raspberry Provincial (from a clone recipe in BYO), and drinks sooooo well on a hot SoCal summer day.

Just tapped my Hopicus Freshicus wet hopped IPA.  Pretty tasty. Just a bit of chlorophyll in the flavor, but not overwhelming.

Who said Fall is for Märzen and Pumpkins? This is my Fall IPA with Mosaic, Citra, and Ekuanot. Tropical deliciousness. It’s hazy. Not sure why, except I didn’t want to use gelatin to clear it.

I used Denny’s cold dry hop method. That seems to have worked well and I really like how easy it is. Not that dry hopping is ever difficult.

…and this is my Festbier (not Märzen :)). Just in time for cooler weather in the Tennessee Valley.

Very nice.  I can't tell you how many "Mexican Lagers" I made this spring and summer.  Would you care to share your recipe so I can compare notes?  I know that I made one of them THREE times.  My Cabana Lager which is just a pale lager with pilsner, some vienna, flaked corn, Hallertau and Omega 113 Mexican.  Cheers!  I mean, SALUD!

Ps.  I am trying to kill a keg so I can get MY Festbier on tap by the weekend too!  :P

This was my second attempt at a mexican lager and I was very happy with how it turned out. I will say it was slightly robust for the style but it definitely had a characteristic mexican lager flavor. I will be tweaking it next attempt...

44% Pilsner
27% Vienna
22% flaked corn
4% agave
3% caramunich I (I used this only for color but will likely remove it next time)

27g Sterling @ 60 min

34/70 - first time using this yeast at ale temps and it worked great!

1.050 - 1.010
5.2% abv
15 IBU
