Mexican lager and a cat. Trying to make space for the festbier which is ready to go
Very nice. I can't tell you how many "Mexican Lagers" I made this spring and summer. Would you care to share your recipe so I can compare notes? I know that I made one of them THREE times. My Cabana Lager which is just a pale lager with pilsner, some vienna, flaked corn, Hallertau and Omega 113 Mexican. Cheers! I mean, SALUD!
