American Lager with Magnum, Citra, Amarillo and Azacca hops. Tasty at 6% ABV. Used Fermentis S-23 yeast.
Beautiful beer, and it sounds delicious. Any corn or rice in the grain bill?
Thanks for the comment. No corn all malt - so maybe it's a American Premium Pilsner! Whatever you call it's a tasty beer and I am happy with it. I do use corn sometimes esp. Sugar Creek Malted Red Corn is my favorite.

lmao. ya ya, i actually take careful measurements and recordings for each carbonation, so i calculated that this should have been sufficient, but it is basically cask ale level of carbonation, which is nice if youre familiar with it, but i cant just hand this off to a friend because theyll go "oh... this ones weird.."

An altbier, based on a recipe in Horst Dornbusch's book by the same name. I've tried one or two other recipes, but none are as good as this (in my opinion). (recipe and other details are on my blog: https://andybrews.com/2022/03/20/alstadt-alt-2-0/

Beautiful color & clarity.  I'll have to check out the recipe.

What was your impression of K97 vs. Koln? I don't care for K97 at all but love Koln so am just curious how you think it stacks up.

For this beer, Koln worked really well, and it definitely dropped clear more quickly. It's a touch cleaner than I recall for K97, but then again I haven't had them side-by-side.

I also have a kolsch on tap made with Koln, and it is really nice. Again, Koln seems to ferment a bit cleaner...which is either a plus or minus depending on how much yeast character one likes.

That said, I really like K97 in my American wheat ale recipes...it's now my go-to versus liquid yeasts, as K97 brings exactly what I'm looking for in this use case.
