I hear flamingos are pink because of their diet. That one must be drinking a lot of BrewBama’s red beer.

We have flamingos all over the place around here. Wife loves em. Even the table has a flamingo in the tile mosaic.

My Octoberfest. Nice and tasty! A hint of hop bitterness blends perfectly with the sweet maltiness. I think I’ve zeroed in on this style to my liking and there will be no more tweaks.
Cheers!!

A gold lager with Swaen Lager malt, some Vienna, Spalt Select hops and Omega German Lager #1.  Cheers Beerheads.

I overshot the carbonation on this a bit, but this is my "Novemberfest", which is an adaptation of my Märzen recipe, using malted Bloody Butcher corn and skipping the CaraMunich.

Looks good.  A big, fluffy head is a sign of a well-made beer.  :D

This is a Pilsner with 91% Pils malt and 9% cooked rice. Lots of Edelweiss hops. It’s great.  Really goes down smooth.

Beautiful looking beer! I ordered some Edelweiss hops from Hop Heaven last week. Can't wait to try in a beer!
