Nice looking beer! What yeast did you use?
This is a Pilsner with 91% Pils malt and 9% cooked rice. Lots of Edelweiss hops. It’s great. Really goes down smooth.
That was Diamond Lager yeast.
There was recent comment in a thread about Diamond having noticeable sulfur. So, I’ve been trying to pay attention to that. The sulfur is definitely noticeable in this beer and the one prior which was a German Pilsner. But, I like them both.
