I like the Mild Malt. It’s a solid base for the roastiness I get from the chocolate and amber malt. I’ll use it again.

Edelweiss is a Hop Heaven blend. They are very nice. Hop Heaven is a very good hop reseller. They used to have an eBay site. Now they are moving to an custom website.

This is a Saison with WL566.  I've never used this yeast strain before, but I'm pretty happy with it.

It's a blend of Continental Noble hops and US derivatives made by Ted Hausotter. He had an Ebay store, but that has stopped.
