looking great as always. i will post my vienna in about 2 weeks when its ready.
Cheers and thanks.  The Vienna is such a good recipe (a tweaked version of the original Jamil recipe) and it's quicky becoming my favorite beer.  Dark, smooth, satisfying, great with food, etc.  Good luck on yours.

A day without beer is like... just kidding, I have no idea.

A cream ale here this afternoon.  Pale ale malt, some Vienna, flaked corn, Sterling hops, S-04.  Second time I made this one.

Nice looking beer! Did you add anything to give it a deeper color? My 100% Vienna beers usually look lighter than this.

The base malt was pale alt malt and I think it had a slightly higher L° value.  Also, I feel like the beer always looks a little darker in the pictures.

I made an English brown ale...it has been a great beer during SoCal's cold snap. The beer doesn't quite have as much caramel character as it should, but nonetheless is pretty drinkable.

just checked your recipe and from this and others i think you and i have a pretty similar recipe formulation style. however windsor lol, yeah.

i attempted to do a copitch of windsor and bry97 (usually get around 76% attenuation with bry97), so imagined id ad least get low 70s attenuation. nope ended up with 66% attenuation. OG 1.073, FG 1.025, its a good tasting beer, but i dont even feel like i get an amazing body at 1.025, very strong aroma going on though. windsor should be cautioned against except for very specific beer types any time its mentioned.

Helles brewed with Best Pilsen Malt, Vienna and Victory Malt. The beer cleared quickly with Biofine.

This is the AHA Zoiglbier that some of you may have seen on the site or in an email.  Basically a hoppy version of an Oktoberfest and really delicious.
