I believe his last name starts out like his profile name, so 'Golsch' his take on a kolsch. I think.

I always assumed that the word Grolsch was a way to pay tribute to Joself Groll

Jon nailed it. It's a kolsch with a charge of Amarillo at the end of the boil. I can't call it a kolsch so thus, with my last name Goscha, it becomes 'golsch'. This one was with 2565 and probably the best yet.

First off, I must say, I love seeing all the varieties of glasses posted here along with the beer that fills them. I never though I'd get so excited over a beer glass. What an awesome forum to be in.

That said, I found a growler of a Doppelbock I brewed a few months back. What a lovely surprise. It didn't last long.
