You guys are drinking some good beers by the sound (and look) of it. I had 3 Boddington's, half of an oxidized Sam Smith's India Ale (really hated to dump it but it wasn't good) at my uncle's house for dinner and cards, and now working on a pint of a pale ale (that I brewed) at home. No German beer yet, but I may have some of my Vienna lager here in a bit. It's still young, but coming to life despite my complaints about it in the thread I had in the "Yeast and Fermentation" forum.
