Man I love Schwarzbiers. That looks amazing. Good job. Now I'm jealous.

Big Gulp American Porter. After only a week in the keg, it's really starting to shine. This beer is killer. It's starts off with a robust creamy mouthfeel that quickly transitions to being relatively dry. Then the 0 minute cascades and centennials pop! I might just enter this one into the NHC.

That looks good, Frank. Really satisfying beer this time of year. My American stout just kicked and I miss it already.

The hops are punching through a bit more now. I still think a slight increase would do it well, but I can't complain with it. The 7% flaked barley adds a very nice touch too.

Nifty glass. How'd you make it?

So recent that it's only been transferred to a barrel (5 gallons) and a secondary (the remainder) to age on coffee.

It was a Christmas present. They're made from recycled Grolsch bottles but I don't know how.

Giga 021 Kolsch after gelatin. Results amaze me with this. Gelatine made me a believer.

Dude, that's a beautiful beer. I really need to try that strain, as a 2565 guy. Cleared out nicely.

Crazy dark for a Kolsch. Have problems with oxidation?

My Best Vienna was a little dark.  Really a nice beer, sad it is already gone.
