Hmm, I need to give that a shot. I love hfeweizen, but my wife doesn't care for it. She loves kristallweizen though...

Corn is a fine adjunct in beer.

And don't buy stale beer.

Never used that one before. May give it a shot sometime. I'm a 3068 lover but it wouldn't be the go to for kritallweizen.

Never used that one before. May give it a shot sometime. I'm a 3068 lover but it wouldn't be the go to for kritallweizen.

Very similar but a flocking behemoth .....flocs like wlp090 and wlp007.

I saw / read that jaymiranda  "1st beer"  in another topic just now.... Yea no doubt he should stick to it an make more beer ...that's how you learn :) and get better...


I made and probably will still make some
swamp water beer that even the creature from the black lagoon wouldn't swim in..lol

Jay don't take it to heart..I'm just harrasing u..lol

You can take it out on Wort Hog he told me to say it looks like Pepsi..lol

Lol yea I know love the comraderie in the community. Best swamp water I've tasted lol. Flat yes only bubbled for a sec. Before they dissapeared. Next batch will be better. Any advice I welcome completely. I've learned a lot about what can go wrong while fermenting and bottling. Gotta admit after the first taste I said wtf did I do lol
