This is such a good cider. Clearer than it looks - the condensation is in the way. It's acidic and slightly sweet, with a nice tannin base. Think a slightly sweet Granny Smith.

Edit -  Totally crushable.

Nice! That looks like Granny Smith in a glass.

Just tapped my 2nd batch of fall 2015 apple cherry sparkling cider. Good stuff!

Looks very very good. Did you use gelatin to clear? I try to avoid it but with kieselsol I don't get my cider so clear. And wrt the bubbles? Is this 3 volumes of CO2?

Now that's just cold time in a keg clearing. That's 20+ psi until I get  it sparkling .

Thanks guys.  It was intended as an easy drinking Superbowl beer, but was also an experiment with my new mill gap.  It's still easy drinking but turned out to be around 6.8%, so I have to exercise some restraint...

A revised edition of my house IPA. Loving the new King cobra IC. Did a 30 minute whirlpool, then it got me from 170 ish to 63 in less than 10 minutes!
