Wow that is some clarity especially on a koelsch
What types of hopping rates are we talking here for your double-whirlpool? 1 oz / gallon on the flameout addition + 2 oz / gallon on the 120F? More, less?
I don't see a beer anywhere on these pages I couldn't be friends with..... Anyway, here's one of mine. Kölsch style...... Sorry about the flaky composition. I was looking for a set of grips for my wife's new revolver....
My ScifIPA, brewed with Millennium, Galaxy, Horizon, and Challenger. Not the clearest but very tasty.
