Well here's my pils, after 3 weeks conditioning and 2 weeks lagering at 30-31. Not crystal clear on first pouring but nice after it settles a bit. One of my tastiest brews to date. Wanted to lager for a month but the first sample tasted to good to wait. There may be a couple bottles left at one month, but it's already back on the brew schedule. Thanks to Ron Bluesman Price. This is his Ringler pils from the recipe wiki.

You can see it clearing at bottom of glass. Guess I should have waited 5 minutes for the pic

Fermenting: Nothing (ugh!)
Conditioning: Nothing (UGH!)
In keg: Nothing (Double UGH!)
In the works:  House IPA, Dark Mild, Ballantine Ale clone(still trying to work this one into the schedule)

Another shot, much later in the glass

And you can see the shelf full of dvds under the TV in the distance. Not commercially clear, but not bad for my first pilsner and no finings

Thanks Jon. This was a split batch, 3 gallons each, 1 with 830 and 1 with 833. The pic is of one with 830, my second tonight was 833 and it was a lot clearer, just did not take a pic. Next time if I think of it

Here's a better pic with a full glass. If you look closely, you can quite clearly read Guiness from the other side of the glass. I'll take that for no finings

I added a ton of grapefruit zest and about 2oz of dry hops to this pale ale, it came out hazier than I might've liked, but man, the taste is amazing on a hot sunny day!

That looks really tasty Rattlesnake.
Corn is a fine adjunct in beer.

And don't buy stale beer.
