My new cream ale!
5.2% ABV, 18 IBU
Whole flower hopped with German Tradition
WLP080 cream ale blend (love this yeast!)
Grist comprised of 2-row and 6-row, flaked corn, touch of light crystal and acid malt for pH.
Brewed just over 3 weeks ago today... End result is just awesome, probably near the top of best cream ale's I've had... Loving the slight grassy notes from the hops. Super delicious.
