Strawberry Cream Ale

Would you share the recipe? How did you incorporate the fruit into the beer? Fresh, puree, extract? Many fruit beers in my past have been failures. Cheers.
Here is the recipe. I do 30 minute boils, so adjust the FWH hop addition accordingly. I've used different yeasts for this, something that will stay out of the way will work.
6 gallon recipe
8 lbs 12.00 oz Bohemian Pilsner
13 oz Corn, Flaked
13 oz Honey Malt
8.00 oz Carapils
1.00 oz Mt. Hood [4.8%] - First Wort 30 minutes
8.00 oz Malto-Dextrine (Boil 5 min)
1.00 oz Willamette [6.8%] - Boil 0 mi
1 pkgs California Ale (White Labs #WLP001)
49.00 oz Strawberry Puree
18.75 ml Strawberry Extract
10.00 ml Vanilla Extract
Mash temp 153. At day 3-4 of fermentation, add strawberry puree to fermenter. Add the extracts at kegging.
