Those look great.

Here's a Belgian-style Single.  It's just pils and about 8% torrified wheat.

That is a nice looking beer! Let me ask you, which yeast do you use in your recipe? I want to try making a Peroni clone.

This is a blend of 3470 and 189. It’s “Italian” in that it’s basically a dry hopped German Pilsner. They are pretty popular around here these days.

Yeah, I assumed it was more of a Birrifico Tipopils style as opposed to a Peroni although a Peroni recipe would be good.  It's great when it's fresh and on draft.  Crisp and dry.

No s***?? I have actually blended those 2 before, it is in my keezer, although the yeast is approaching 8-9 months old. Would have to do a starter but now I am interested AF!
Thanks!

American Pale Ale, made with Cascade hops that my dad grew in South Dakota...delicious! Very much an "old school" pale ale, as you might have found in a brewpub circa 1997.

Recipe etc. here: https://andybrews.com/2021/09/25/cascade-pale-ale-ii/
