Used imperial stefon yeast, artisan malts from dark cloud malt house in Maryland. 50/50 pils and wheat from them. Came out awesome this is probably the 20th something time Ive brewed a hefe and this recipe is a keeper. If you can get your hands on dark cloud malts I highly recommend them. The owner met me at a gas station and sold me 300 pounds so I didn’t have to drive to Baltimore. Now thats customer service
A Mexican Amber Lager that I am calling El Corn. Pilsner, Vienna, Flaked Corn, Caramunich, Liberty hops throughout and Omega 113 Mexican Lager yeast.
