Hansen Yeast in the Yeast vault
« on: April 08, 2019, 07:35:39 am »
Every time White Labs releases this yeast, I grab 2.  I love it.  It's great in my pales and I especially love it in my darker beers.
To me, it's an excellent balance between the hops and malt.  Not sharp or crisp but still clean and                                                                     a good mouthfeel.
Anyone else try this in the past?

I have in the past. I had the Thames Valley Ale yeast just show up at my door. So I brewed a nice ESB. I have ordered that again and the WLP564. Hoping they will be released soon.

Only 34 more left to sell before shipping. Help a brewer out who wants to brew with this yeast before summer gets here and order some.  ;D
