Bravo!  Excellent article, and well worth the wait for those of us who were deprived of the Portland presentation.

Got mine in the mail this evening.

I didn't take notes at the presentation as I thought Martin's talk would be online. Now I can take my time reading the article.

That was his presentation at HBC in Portland.   But the audio was lost after a couple of minutes due to incompetence on the part of contractors, and the slides, as Martin has previously noted, are a minor component,  the bulk of the information having been delivered in his speech.   So this article provides the full content for those who weren't in the room.  And it's much easier to refer to in written form anyway!

Ahhh, thanks.  I was looking forward to Martin's article anyway but now I'm definitely looking forward to reading it.
