I'll be making the Pliny clone.  It will be nice to clear the freezer of the abundance of hops for this one.

Well, I guess there will be some brewing, sort of.  I'll be joining Greg Doss for the end of his brew day when I get down there.  I don't know what he's brewing though.

Say hi to Greg for me.
I shall.

Turns out he's brewing an American wheat though.  Worst.  Style.  Ever.  Where's the vomit emoticon?

Ask him what he's brewing for his husband....;)

Done.

He's slow with email though, and I suspect I won't be on the computer much for a few days.  Apparently we'll be rafting and golfing on Saturday, and there's no internet where we're staying.  But I'm sure his response will be something I can't post here anyway :)

Will be brewing 10 gal. of an Octoberfest.  A friend is coming over to help and he will be getting half the batch when it is done.  I just kegged my Imperial IPA so it should be ready to drink in a few days.

Brewed an American pale ale. Reused my yeast from an earlier batch of the same. First time for doing that. What was I waiting for? EASY PEASY.
I wasn't even in town that day, I swear.

I want to brew an AG batch- a Brown ale. But the forecast sez: 101*, 101*, 101*, 102* with indexes of 107-109F.

Not sure I'm up for that type of punishment. :-\

No brewing... All family stuff piled on with weekend work (super-busy weekend for my job). Though I convinced visiting family to go to a local brewpubs for dinner (Magnolia) and I had a most wonderful wet-hopped bitter.:)

No brewing this weekend. The garden is full of produce that wants to become food. Putting up dill pickles and salsa this weekend.
In a humble log cabin off an unregarded back road, somewhere, deep in the heart of Pennsylvania’s hill country, we find our intrepid hero — the Brush Valley Brewer.

Brewed an American Pale Ale (Robbers Gulch Pale Ale) with the lucky winner of the Relay For Life raffle.  This is the second year I have donated "brewing lessons" as a prize to help raise money for the Relay For LIfe cancer walk.

The brewing went well....even had a nice boil-over so my raffle winner is no longer a "newbie".
