I looked on the AHA website and cannot locate notes for the minutes from past Governing Committee Meetings. Where can I find AHA Governing Committee Meeting minute notes?
According to the bylaws; “The Secretary is responsible for ensuring that relevant notes from Governing Committee meetings are provided to the general membership, as well as, supervise elections.”
I sent the secretary a note yesterday around lunchtime but I’ve not heard back. I thought maybe some of you may know where the notes are published.
