 Tubercle's D-15 Custom Martin - Spruce/Rosewood

 & 1973 Les Paul

Two of "several". Can't say exactly how many because if Ms. Tubercle knew she would run me off ;D

Here's a photo of my "downsized" pedalboard.   :P  I've actually soldered custom patch cables since I took this photo and replaced the Retro-Sonic Analog Delay with an Analogman ARDX20 Dual Analog Delay unit.

One of my current amps.  I also play a Fender Deluxe Reverb '65 RI for which I've switched out the tubes with a mix of NOS Mullard 12AX7s and some of the new Tung Sol Reissue 12AX7s.  I also replaced the stock speaker with a nice Weber copy of the Jensen C12N.

Here are my guitars and other various amps I've owned in the last several years.

Damn, I'll have to get some pics of my stuff, although it's not that impressive.  I'll have to get it all collected in one place....it's spread out between the studio and home now.  Although my love at this point is my ukulele!

There's a huge difference between my "rig"...ie., that gear I take to gigs and play a lot...and the gear that I own!  :D  Generally don't even use a lot of pedals any more.

Supposed to be going to a recording studio tonight, been a while since I've been in a commercial (non-home) studio, should be fun!  For this my rig will be very simple...bass (fretless 5string), cable, tiny little genz benz shuttle amp, mic and direct out.

At another (less jazz oriented) gig I've been using my Mesa Boogie Buster Bass head.  Love it, 200 watts of 6L6 power into a 4x10 and drastically simple controls...I disable the graphic EQ and just have gain, bass, mid, treb, and master.  EQ mostly flat except for a mid bump...I'm a fan of a good bit of midrange on bass.

My gear for guitar is more varied.  Some day I'll get it all together in one room and have a photo shoot.

I forgot my amp. I've got several Peavys but this is my favorite for acoustic work.

1958 Silvertone 30w. Gave a guy 20 bucks for it :o

Is that silvertone a tube amp?

 It is.
A guy at work inherited it from his grandfather along with a bunch of other stuff. I told him it was worth more if it worked at all and offered more but he only wanted $20. Who am I to argue?

He also had the Silvertone guitar that went with it. I offer $100 sight-unseen but he wouldn't sell. He wanted to save it for his son :(

It has written in pencil on the back that it was purchased in 1958 and this is what I was going by. I can't find a serial number to track.

I used to have one of those Silvertone guitars that had the amp built into the guitar case...remember those?
