Finding a Brewer Tennant for my commercial space
« on: June 17, 2019, 09:54:55 am »
We have a large warehouse space that we would like to fill with a brewery startup.  As Brewers/Breweries, are there any industry specific online spaces that you could recommend posting our property for lease?  The location is in South Eastern PA.

Thanks in Advance

Start one yourself - it's easy, fun and everyone's doing these days :D!
I spent most of my money on beer, tools and guns, the rest I foolishly squandered on stupid stuff!

Beer is like porn. You can buy it, but it's more fun to make your own.

You could try the states brewers guild if there is one. Also try the forum over at probrewer.com .

Do you plan to build to suit? Cause that place needs a lot of work to turn into a functioning brewery and the ceiling height is a real issue. Gonna have to be tiny brewery.
