Over the last decade, Asheville has become a mecca of breweries, but perhaps none of them have the dedication to history and brewing as a passion as the improbably tiny Zebulon Artisan Ales helmed by long time brewer, former homebrew shop owner and man of odd business hours, Mike Karnowski. Drew sat down with Mike and covered the beer (including a really satisfying 1% Mild on handpump and other treats), the business and the meaning of beer in a world suddenly awash in breweries.

Finally got to this one.  Very enjoyable discussion from a brewer who clearly is not out to make a fortune, but is also not totally consumed by his craft - he still sees the big picture (and the small beers in it).
