Beer concentrate that could be hooked up to carbonated water just like the mixers at a bar is an idea that has been floated a couple of times in the last century.  Never panned out.  I'll take a pass this time around.

The idea has been around. Yes sir. But somebody may yet do this well enough to please the hoi-polloi, even if they likely never will convert the beer gentility.
