First time using it and it dropped my ipa from 1.064 to 1.013. Fermented in 7 days, packaged in 9. Spent most of its time between 64-67F sample tastes a lot more Bready and “Englishy” than I had expected from everything I’ve read about this yeast. We’ll see how it finishes up in a couple of weeks.
On Tap/Bottled: IPL, Adjunct Vienna, Golden Stout, Honey Lager
Fermenting: IPA
Up Next: mexi lager, Germerican pale ale
