I hear it's been out of production a few years. I had a system for a couple of years, and I wish I had skipped it and gone directly to small kegs. Did you want Tap-a-Draft for a specific reason?

Yes. I have three of the taps, two newer ones and one of the older ones that uses the 8g CO2 cartridges. They are in good shape, but rats got into my storage and destroyed the 6L kegs that were there leaving me only one. I was hoping to find a couple more of the kegs.

I believe you can use kegs from commercial brews as Lon as you don’t get Heineken kegs or crap like that. Oberon kegs should be reusable. As well as others.

I really do not want that you use my kegs for your homebrew. And every brewery will tell you the same thing.

He’s talking about these mini kegs that are not designed to be returned to the brewery for refill.

^^^^^

My LHBS sells those.  Also the bungs and taps.

At least I think that's the same thing.

Those aren't what I'm talking about, they are five liter metal mini-kegs, the ones I'm looking for are six liter minis made of plastic.
