I've pitched a different company's (Escarpment) Voss kveik into 1.050 wort and fermented at 78F, twice. Both times it was basically done by 48h. Yep, that strain is fast. I should note that the first time I used the entire packet in 2.5 gallons, the second time it was 5mL of slurry into 2.5 gallons.
