Would I be crazy to brew this in the Picobrew Z1? I am thinking the GF may be a safer bet.
Last night my club had a draft for ingredients for a competition. I mistakenly selected wheat malt as my only base malt. I thought I could add another in a later round. Nope. So, I am brewing a 95% wheat / 5% caramel 40 with Mosaic and Crystal hops. Yeast Bry-97. I am secretly kind of excited to see what comes of this. I picked up some rice hulls today. Would I be crazy to brew this in the Picobrew Z1? I am thinking the GF may be a safer bet.

Thought of a name: “Peetie Wheatstraw” He was a great Blues Musician, the Devil's Son-in-Law and the High Sheriff from Hell. https://www.amazon.com/Devils-Son-Law-Peetie-Wheatstraw/dp/0882862669Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I think it would work in the Z. I think....
People lost their minds when 3 Floyd's Gumballhead was the it thing back in the day. It is a wheat driven hoppy beer, and pretty darn tasty, so you might have reason to have high expectations.
