I didn't attend Homebrew Con 2019, but I just watched this presentation online and enjoyed it tremendously. The thing that surprised me was that I had tried about half of the projects he listed, some with success and some without. In any case, I could relate to the issues he ran into with his projects.

I enjoyed that one "live."  The whole thing with automatic weighing of the fermenter was hilarious.

As an electronics engineer, i thought it was very interesting.  But at the same time, I kept thinking "no thanks".
