I haven't seen this on the forum. As a customer, I'm not sure how I feel about this consolidation.

I buy about 65-70% hops from local hop farmer. He does a great job so why not.

If the hops are of good quality, why not?

Many of the small breweries buy locally grown hops here.

I really, really hope that the impetus to accelerate business growth doesn't result in reduced product quality and/or customer satisfaction.  Many, many good products and companies have suffered a drop in quality when emphasis shifted more to making more money.

I currently buy most of my hops from YVH, and I am very happy with them.
