Jim has one of the most high-quality DIY systems I have seen in the wild. He built his "Barn" himself and dug out his cellar by hand and makes amazing beer. Amazing that he dug that cellar out for brewing. I love that kind of dedication. Most commercial breweries won't go anywhere near that far!

His beers are amazing very traditionally made and his lagers and Belgian styles are on another level.
