The wife and I are doing a boat and bike trip along the Danube next month.  Starts in Passau Germany we’ll be cycling thru Linz, Melk, Vienna and other villages.  Then post cruise spending 3 nights in Budapest.  First time to all these places so looking for good beer recommendations
On tap,  Vienna Lager, Doppelbock, Dortmunder Export, Pale Ale, Porter, Saison

Fermenting, Saison

You will have a great time if you are into biking. Too bad you do not go thru Kelhain and Reigensburg.

So how was this trip?  My wife and I were in Vienna and took a boat ride on the Danube (complete with draft beer) to Brataslava, Slovak Republic.  We hung out there for a few hours, eating lunch and drinking beer.  I snapped this pic...

Then back on the boat to head back west during the sunset and more draft beer.  A lovely time for sure.

A day without beer is like... just kidding, I have no idea.
