2019 Gold Medal Recipe Question

Regarding Category, 10 American Pale Ale, "Big Boi's Booty Sweat"
In the HOPS section 2oz. additions are listed as 28g.
I'm wondering if the Citra, Idaho 7, and Mosaic hop additions should be 28g or 56g?

Andre 2000 would use 56g in that recipe.
