Santa Cruz brewery. Check it out if you ever visit Santa Rosa in the Galápagos Islands. Brewed locally.

A world traveling Homebrew friend has said Galapagos Islands, Tanzania, and Iceland are his all time favorites.

I wouldn’t say this is like gold medal award winning beer but you’d have to give it to these folks. High humidity. Variable temperatures. Owners are Ecuadorian. The guy says they started at home before going pro.

I’m lookin for that tour. They state 2000l a month. So I was like. Here’s a bunch of styles y’all should try out. Like German beers. U.K.  etc. because a majority of tourism here is not South America.  But yea. I’ve has worse from many places.

Places to be. Scenery and wildlife, big wildlife. Guy I know through Homebrewing.
