Inkbird ITC-310T issue

The Alarm High Limit keeps blinking and I cannot seem to stop it from blinking, or reset it, and I don't know what value it might be set to.  Suggestions please and thanks for your help.

It's easier to read brewing books and get information from the forum than to sacrifice virgins to appease the brewing gods when bad beer happens!
