Liquid yeast starter mistake
« on: January 12, 2020, 08:58:19 am »
Hello all,
I'm new to the group as well as new to brewing. I'm on my fourth brew and decided to use Omega tropical yeast with fast pitch starter. My mistake was forgetting to add the 16 oz of water when, I combined the fastpitch and yeast yesterday. I remembered first thing this morning and added the 16 oz of water. My question is, will this cause any problems when I brew this afternoon? I have a packet of dry yeast that could be used, but I hate to waste the liquid yeast if it's going to be ok. Thank you in advance for your advice. Jason

I doubt you'll have any problems.
