Charcuterie Forum
« on: December 10, 2019, 04:57:04 am »
I have been making fresh sausages for decades now. I recently started to delve into the world of charcuterie, particularly cured and dried whole muscle.

Does anyone know of an online forum that they use and trust? I read as much as I can from books and online material but, like this forum, I gain a ton of knowledge from its participants.

Thanks!!

I know there is group on Facebook called Cold Smoking, Curing and Sausage making. I too am just starting to get into making charcuterie.

I have dabbled in charcuterie a bit. I don’t know of a forum specific to charcuterie but Smoked-Meat is a jack-of-all-trades site dedicated to smoking, sausage, curing, etc.
