Very cool. Fishing, hunting, and being outdoors in general is always restorative for those who love these activities. Bluegills are close to their beds here. Break out the fly rod!

From the Million Strong for Jeff page.

Jeff's Dad took him out fishing today and he caught a bass!

We so often take things like catching a fish for granted. Jeff's battle has certainly put things into perspective for me.  Cheers!!!

Glad to see Jeff making such good progress!  I'm sure that catching a fish was quite a thrill after all he's been through.  Thanks for the updates, Frank.

How fitting.  Bass are fighters too.

Definitely an eye opening article. Amazing that this was all caused by a mosquito (infected) bite. If this doesn't create an awareness as to the potential effects of this mosquito-transmitted disease then nothing will. Everytime I see one (mosquito) I think of Jeff.

Thanks for the article Frank.

Continued well wishes from Mid MI! I'm now a bit freaked out by mosquitos, that's for sure.
