As a reformed IT consultant, we used to have an expression that "an expert is anyone from out of town."
yeahh...
50 years old who lives at least 50 miles away.
That was "Expert" in my last company.

I worked in a power plant for 15 years where everyone was the best of the best.  It was unspoken and understood.  

Calling someone "Expert" was an insult.

We had out of town consultants and vendors who came to the plant as a condition of warrantee.  One or two were held in high esteem.  Most were either endured or ignored, or if they were interested, shown what their equipment was really capable of.

I love living here in Hawaii, and wouldn't trade it for the world, but there are times when I miss being a part of those who make the megawatts flow.
There is only one success: to be able to spend your life in your own way.

Nah, Comic Sans is OK. Coma Sans is just boring.
Personally, I prefer to be Sans Coma . . .
