Building Bridges
« on: February 03, 2020, 12:15:03 AM »
I bet you were expecting an inspiring post about unifying our divided nation
Nope. Literally building bridges to better enjoy my land, which is divided by wetlands.

My wife could walk across that bridge as is. Not me! Tomorrow I am going to pull the other log across and deck it with 2x8 Pt.
Believe it or not all those logs were dropped and put in place by me with the just help of a come along and some basic physics.

Please tell me you named the field on the other side of the bridge Terabithia.   ;D

Ya, I have kids who loved that story.

Yes, and whenever I do something like his I am aware of my position and movements. Then I will manage to hurt my back while backing up a car or scratching my shoulder.

Its starting to look like a bridge you don't need to be sober to cross. As far as I can tell.
