Sincerely, take it as a data point and move on. I do agree that homebrewers know their own system, processes, results, expectations and tastebuds, etc. so using your own experience is a good idea. People go looking for help when they find something lacking in their beer or when they want to understand something better. The exBEERiments are fine but you might find them short on scientific information or you may decide that this is better than NOBODY trying these experiments. In the old days you had some guy on the web saying that he makes his beer a certain way and it's okay with him. That's not very informative. We have much more information now and I tip my hat to those who try to help the rest of us. If the exBEERiments are not for you (or honestly... if anyone in the hobby is not for you), just move on.
