Crash Temp?

As we are crashing the Czech Pils now, just wondered if 0 C is okay. Is that too cold?

  I keep my cold crash fridge set at 28*, it'll range up to 32* before the inkbird kicks it back on. As long as it doesn't freeze, colder is better IMO.
I spent most of my money on beer, tools and guns, the rest I foolishly squandered on stupid stuff!

I use 30F. Many German breweries use -1C.

What temp will beer freeze at?

"Normal" gravity beer around 29F.  Higher gravities, lower temps.  I've gone as low as 27 for an eisbock.
