how much would you consider a decent percentage?
Sorry for the delay. Had to review my notes. It appears that something in the 30 to 40 percent Munich range is good enough. Most of the remainder is Pils.
On Tap/Bottled: Dunkel, Lozacca Lager, Session Lager, Helles Bock, Cherry American Strong
Fermenting: Mojito Cider, Citralaxy IPA
