Bugamgeddon yeast

   If you were only allowed to have one strain of brewing yeast [or other bug], which would it be and why.
I spent most of my money on beer, tools and guns, the rest I foolishly squandered on stupid stuff!

34/70. Because it stores for long periods without degradation, is reliable, makes good beer, clears well, and can be used in a wide fermentation range.

Hornindal kveik, although I really enjoyed Omegas Tropical IPA and Bayern lager recently.
